    Today I roasted some chicken parts so I could made some broth. I had them on aluminum foil so a lot of chicken juice/grease was left over. I tossed the rutabaga slices that were to be roasted on the baking sheet/foil, tossed them well with my hands, added salt and pepper.

    This was the first time I ever ate rutabagas – wow, were they ever yummy! I guess other vegetables would be this good, too, baked in leftover chicken fat.
