    I hear that turnip is a great anti fungal. is that true?

    It’s from the same family as rutabaga, which many report gives them die-off symptoms. I’m not sure what compound is responsible, since I don’t think it’s been researched, but turnip is less potent than rutabaga, so you should be able to eat it in higher quantities without worrying too much about side-effects. Of course, you’ll have to test this for yourself and go by your reactions.

    on the rutabaga subject, if I eat a whole medium size raw rutabaga without die-off does that mean I’m out the the woods for any further die-off as long as I continue on diet protocol?
