Made a batch last night using the recipe on the website (coconut flour, buckwheat flour).Ate one piece last night. Felt a little bit “off” most of the day, but not terrible. Had some mild upset stomach this evening. Does this mean my system was not ready to add the bread? Should I stop and wait a while, or keep trying to add it in small doses? Is it common to have a mild reaction when adding a new food at first?
I’d try it out for a few days and if you notice this consistently everyday then consider trying out just coconut flour bread or buckwheat bread or teff possibly. You need to determine what item is making you feel a little off. If you are putting butter on it, this could be the culprit.
