    Does anyone have any suggestions of treats that you can have whilst on the strict diet? I mean, I know they won’t really be treats, but just anything that breaks up the monotony of eating mainly steamed vegetables and that could be snacked upon in the afternoons? I know there is coconut bread, although I am trying to hold of introducing this for a while, and I am already having a small pot of organic goats yoghurt a day. Just anything to help me get through the day!

    Check out the recipe for kale chips….very tasty and nice to have something crunchy. it is in the recipe section of the forum
