    I’m away later in the summer, and was wondering how I would keep my probiotic cold during travel. Its a flight, then some hours in a hot city waiting for a boat.

    Has anyone done this before & have any idea on keeping them fresh? I’ve got a cool bag, but will that be good enough for a long stretch of time in the heat 30-40c?

    An ice pack should work for about 10 hours or so (bundle ice pack with probiotics and it’ll keep it cool). If you don’t have one of these, using ice in ziploc bags would keep it cold for maybe 4-5 hours.

    They should last pretty OK without refrigeration also…it probably loses 500 million to 1 billion per day without refrigeration (my guesstimate not scientific).
