Hey I just wanted to check and see if I’m having too much grain, because I forget what the ratio is, but I know there is a precise balance between the foods we eat that promotes the fastest recovery. At most I’m having 3 slices of coconut bread (from a loaf double able’s small recipe) and 2 cups of oat bran a day. Does this sound ok?
I would reduce to 2 slices coconut bread and 1 cup or less of oat bran per day. I personally only eat one serving of oat bran per day which is a half a cup. I don’t think overindulging in coconut bread is the end of the world, but it certainly would suck to become allergic to either one of these items in the long run!
