    Does anyone know tigernuts? ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyperus_esculentus )
They are very healthy tubers (lot of good fats and minerals), contain 10g of carbohydrates per 100g, and you can even get tigernut milk. I wonder if tigernut flour, milk or tigernuts in general would be allowed after the first two weeks of the diet. Any opinions?

100 grams is equal to 5 tablespoons, so it’s probably acceptable, but I wouldn’t go over 3 tablespoons as a test the first time eating it on the diet; and wait at least one full day before trying it again. Plus I wouldn’t go over 5 tablespoons per serving while on the diet.

Thanks, Able. I won’t it eat before finishing the egg-vegetable-stage anyway, but it’s something to look forward to.
