I’m not an expert, but I have heard many people say they have thyroid issues in conjunction with gluten intolerance/celiac disease. From my understanding, yeast overgrowth and thyroid issues both occur due to having a gluten intolerance. In addition, dairy can greatly affect thyroid function: http://standing1.home.mindspring.com/thyroid/badfood.html
I found out I have Hypothyroid like 6 weeks ago, through some other health issues popping up now I am 100% sure I have Candida. I don’t know if the two are related in my case, but generally after several weeks of medication of the thyroid you start to feel better, but not in my case. I’m attributing that to the Candida.
