Hi Guys, I have recently run into the best book for candida. Please google “The Body Ecology Diet” by Donna Gates. This whole book has been written especially for people who have candida. It is only $25. it explaines absolutely everything and has so many recipes. Goodluck!
A few main important things i have learnt from the book.
The only four grains we should be eating are:
Amarath Quinoa (keen wah) Millet Buckwheat
Make sure you soak the grains for at least 8hrs and rinse well
The only nuts we can eat are almonds soak and peel first.
Eat veggie soups for breaky.
Try make your meals 80% alkaline (veggies) and only 20% acidic (grains and meat)
Fermented foods including veggies and Kefir (milk and cheese) are really good! I am still looking into how to make this though…
