Are there any suggestions as to what I could safely buy as far as snacks or take out? I am committed to the diet (haven’t had any cheat meals or snacks in almost 2 weeks. But I do miss having some go to food or snack so I don’t have to cook everything from scratch or look for leftovers.
I was wondering if a protein (no buns) style in-n-out burger with no cheese or sauce (only meat and onions pretty much) would be acceptable.
Also I read that chicken dark meat is not that great for the diet?
Please let me know how you guys approached this. (I’m starting to go green all the time from all the veggies I eat).
