Please forgive a repeat of this post, but somehow it went overlooked, and my questions were unanswered. One of the most important ones is this. [h]What is the best schedule for taking the suggested vitamins and supplements?[/h] Some supplements should be taken at particular times in order to work with the body’s natural rhythm, while some may interact with other ones in a negative way. i.e., calcium should be taken after all the others, because it restricts absorption. [h]Or should I just throw all of them in a blender with some kale and water, and whip it all up into a nasty tasting smoothie?[/h] Any other special notations would be greatly appreciated. If there is a comprehensive schedule somewhere here in the forum, then please forgive my inability to find it.
In my effort to get a bit of organization established, I’ve come up with this method. Very high-tech! < Click on the image to enlarge.

Here is my list of vitamins and supplements, in the event that my tags aren’t legible:
Probiotic ……….. First thing in morning on empty stomach. 1 per day
Milk Thistle 250mg ……… Before meals and not at the same time of day as iron-containing supplements. 2 per day
LIV Combo (milk thistle & turmeric)….same as above
Vitamin C 1000mg ………… Take with meals (preferably early in the day). 3 per day
Cal 1000mg Mag 400mg Zinc 15mg & Vitamin D 400mg…. Take with meals (avoid taking calcium with iron suppements). 3 per day
Selenium 50mcg & Vitamin E 400IU….Take with meals (certain foods contain ample selenium) 1 per day
Niacin (B-3) 400mg …… Take with meal. 1 per day
Iodine 330mcg………… Take with meal. 1 per day
Biotin 1000mcg……….. Take with meal. 1 per day for 4 days, then 2 per day
Vitamin A 5,000IU & D 400IU…. Take after meals containing oil or fat. 1 per day
Oregano Oil 150mg……..
Molybdenum 250mcg…Take one 250 mcg pill a day, after adding one each day you’ll be at 3 pills a day taken with or without meals; continue this amount for as long as you experience the die-off period. You can raise the amount up and down as you see necessary.June 9, 2013 at 5:36 pm #106014

This is just my opinion….I’m sure others have more to say:
I would not take the power mushrooms. The iodine is questionable. It can mess up your thyroid if you don’t need extra iodine.
Oregano oil will kill your probiotics so they shouldn’t be taken together. Leave a 3 hour window at least for that.
I’d group them and take them every couple of hours throughout the day. Antifungals, vitamins, Molybdenum/Milk Thistle, probiotics.
Also I’d look into making homemade kefir by getting a starter culture.June 9, 2013 at 5:58 pm #106015

normally most of the supplements have some usage suggestion on the case. E.g. before meal, during meal or so…
you should strictly follow that for vitamins, since the absorption would be questionable.
As for those where there is nothing written, I simply don’t care 🙂
