    I´m in the begining of the strict diet and I eat 4 eggs with salads and vegetables and 2 or 3 coconut bread with 1 or 2 advocados. This diet will improve my digestion and my fatigue or should I stop to eat coconut bread? I just have bloating (cause in my past I eat a lot of sugar and maybe i killed a lot of good bacterias)
    contipation and fatigue nothing of realy bad. Can I improve my digestion and contipation with that diet? Os should I make another diet.

    You should notice an improvement; it does take time though to improve your digestion. One thing you can do to reduce the bloating is to chew your food very thoroughly; chew each bite over 30 times if possible. This will allow your body to absorb the food better and digest it better.

    Bloating and constipation are one of the long term things that you’ll be dealing with while on the diet and the easiest way to improve both is to chew your food more!
