    Hello!

I am a fourth year mechanical engineering student which means I have a significant amount of work to do and a busy life. I was told to go on the candida diet about two weeks ago but they didn’t tell me to do a cleanse. Now having said that, I did go for three colonics since then. I eat a lot of ginger, garlic, onions, and veggies, but I have been eating meat, and I have been eating rice and drinking almond milk. I drink a fiber drink every day and do a garlic flush in the morning. I also take a probiotic. So the question is:

At this stage, do I need to revert to the cleanse diet for two weeks, or can I just keep on going the way I am but with some improvements. ie. cycling my carb source with oat bran, coconut flour bread, rice and by choosing organic meats?
    Thank you!!

The cleanse is completely optional. I would alter your diet to follow the allowed foods list:

    and check out the protocol:

    Thank you!!

Just to be sure..not doing the cleanse won’t make things less likely to get better?
