    Hello everyone,

    I am wondering what are the best foods to have on the diet and why? What are the best vegetables? What are the best snacks? Are the healthiest foods you can eat out there?

    I would like to develop this list to guide people towards a great and healthy diet.

    Examples:

    Vegetables:
    -brussel-sprouts
    -onions
    -cabbage
    -rutabega

    Prebiotics:
    -oat Bran
    -teff
    -buckwheat
    -millet
    -artichokes

    Probiotics:
    -kefir (water/coconut/dairy)
    -greek yogurt (homemade)
    -dvjorge’s cabbage drink (forgot the name)

    Highly anti-inflammatory foods:
    -salmon
    -broccoli

    Please help! This is different than the allowed foods list but similar.
