Anyone have any Thanksgiving recipes to share that we can eat on this diet? So far I’m thinking zucchini and summer squash and spaghetti squash – we cant have cooked carrots right? how about raw carrots?? Also does anybody put anything in their water for flavor other than lemon??
Olive oil, lemon, garlic, himalayan pink salt, pepper. This is a simply tasteful dressing. Use good organic olive oil. Well, hopefully everything your using is a good organic high grade food. I think squash are starchy and sugary and carrots are also a no go :/ maybe check the recipe forum. I’m still in stage one so all veggies for me. Good luck 🙂
