Ever since starting the candida diet about 3 months ago, there have been white-brown specks in my stool. They almost look like pieces of undigested peanut throughout the stool (I have had pecans on the diet, but not regularly). Literally 99% of the time it is there. I have tried to do some research, but it doesn’t seem like this is a common thing. There was one site saying that it could be the biofilm, but that biofilm tended to be very white, like Styrofoam, not a tan color. I was tested for parasites, but it came back negative. Anyone know what is going on?
I had thought that, but with a diet of mostly green beans, eggs, lettuce, and chicken, the consistency of the specks would be hard to maintain. They also started within a week of the diet and haven’t stopped, no matter what food I eat a lot of in a given week..
