Surely taking anti-fungals at night just before I go to bed is better than doing it in the day?

It just seems to make sense to me that you should put your body under the most stress when your asleep so you don’t have
to deal with it during the day!

    Thoughts?

    Thanks,
    JD

    Hi, JD.
The only problem with this is you’re taking a chance on disturbing your sleep. You need – at the very least – eight hours of sleep every night when you’re trying to rebuild your immune system. If you can take the antifungals at night without the die-off keeping you awake, then I see no reason not to do so as long as you can work your probiotics in at another time since they’re normally taken first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.
