    Hello from the UK,
I would love some advice about a daily schedule for supplements (when to take supplements through the day). My list of supplements is here:

    Before breakfast:
    – Chorella mixed with green juice alternated with Bentonite clay
    – Psyllium husks (Suma)

    After breakfast:
    – Multivitamin (Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman)
    – Ultra Vitamin C with citrus bioflavonoids

    Lunch:
    – Milk thistle alternated with activated charcoal

    Before bedtime:
    – Healthy Origins Probiotic 30 billion CFUs

Any timing changes or dosage changes recommended to the above?

I am in Stage 3 and now want to introduce:
    – Molybdenum 1mg
    – NAC 500mg (I found advice that NAC should be taken 30 minutes before eating, so planning to do this when I wake up.)
    – L-Glutamine 500mg

Any help on what times I should take the above gratefully received!

In Stage 4 I will introduce:
    – Lumbrokinase 20mg
    – Zane Hellas CandidFree (Essential Oil of Oregano 100mg, Organic Extra Virgin Oil 200mg, Garlic Oil 50mg, Grapefruit Seed extract 50mg, Lemongrass oil 25mg, Clove oil 25mg. Chios Mastic Oil 50mg, Acacia Gum)

And again, advice on schedule for above would be really appreciated!

    Thanks!

Hi. I am in UK as well. It’s my second time in the candida diet.
How are you doing so far?
From your post you are doing very well. I am not taking any anti candida this time in the diet. Only coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. I am consuming perfect women multivitamin the same as you.

Looks good to me, although you might want to update your probiotic.

Just make sure that the toxin removers (chlorella, bentonite) are taken away from everything else. And the antifungal should be at least an hour away from the probiotic.

What probiotic do you recommend? I found it very hard to find reliable products here in uk. There are lots of reviews that are because of promotions or free product.

I use the one recommended on the candida diet program – the Balance One probiotic.
