What are peoples opinions of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and poppy seeds in an individual’s diet?
Normally I have 50g of pumpkin seeds with my breakfast due to the good fatty acid content and incorporate a small helping of poppy seeds in both my lunch and dinner, they have great mineral content and highest fibre content.
Sunflower seeds carry the most carbs out of the 3, which is why I’m wary of introducing them into my diet (I currently have 200g but haven’t used them yet). However, they do carry the best vitamin content. Should I include all 3?
Any other perspective on the matter would be a great help.
