I looked at the other diet. No Sunflower seeds were listed. i guess those are out. And what about sunflower oil and cottonseed oil. Do any of the experts know how this feeds the candida? just wondering because my husband went to the store for me and purchased some Sunflower seeds. I told him to get raw Sunflower seeds but he did not listen and purchased ones that were roasted and salted 🙁 BOOO!!!! Thanks!

Sunflower seeds significantly set back my progress earlier in my treatment and do not recommend eating them throughout the diet. They contain molds like other seeds and nuts which feeds candida and causes mucuous production (which protects candida).

The oils should be fine though, the main oils to avoid are ones created from grains such as corn, soy, gmos, etc.

    Is your oil organic?
