So I could never tolerate any anti fungals in order to kill the candida. Thats why I’m still sick, but why cant I tolerate them? Well I figured out I have a secondary mental illness that is complicating everything. So when I get toxins in my body it sets it off, its hell.
What I want to do is hit it really hard one or twice a week. Like one day take 6 sf22 and some coconut oil (cause taking stuff everyday is to much for me to handle). But would that be enough to kill it eventually? is it even worth it? would that put a dent in it or just make it angry at me?
I have never stopped the diet in all this time (which has been like a year) so it must be weak.July 10, 2013 at 12:13 pm #107478

Why don’t you do a tiny bit gently every day, rather than a lot sporadically? I don’t see how you would ultimately overcome your issues using that methodology.July 10, 2013 at 12:58 pm #107480

I agree with Cheesey. Go as slow as you can so the die-off is barely noticeable. You’ll slowly be able to increase it as the population decreases. Going hard is only going to reinforce your anxiety, not to mention that it’s hard on your body.
Another option is hydrogen peroxide. I know it’s not recommended by everyone, but I’ve been using an H202 protocol for a month and am feeling loads better. Previously I had massive die if I took anything and would feel no better. But since starting this I’ve been feeling markedly better each week. I’d say my die-off is generally 1/10th of what it was. Also, H202 produces less and shorter lasting die-off than antifungals such as oregano oil.
