    It is absolutely normal to wish something sweet. If you drink home made Kefir or plain yogurt, you need a sweetener. The same thing if you one a cup of Coffee. I don’t plan to use refined white sugar anymore in my life.
    I don’t have any conflicting information about it. The use of sweetener is a personal choice.

    Aspartame, that has negative reviews, don’t feed candida either. I don’t use it, but it doesn’t mean it feeds candida.
