Hi everyone, just wondering what kind of Stevia you buy? I wasn’t able to find it at my local health food store, which surprised me, so I am looking into ordering it online. I see liquid and powdered … not sure of the difference. Any advice would be appreciated! Allison
Some people have Candida reactions to certain sugar substitutes. Try either pure Stevia extract (not the liquid form) or another one by the name of Truvia. Either of these should be satisfactory for the diet. Truvia can often be found in supermarkets, but normally the pure Stevia extract is only found in health food stores. I’m sure there are stores online which sell both of these as well.
