    I did some research on Spirulina or algae and came up with some very interesting information about using it for Candida. I have decided to incorporate it into my diet and was thinking others might want to look into it too. It’s very beneficial for renewing intestinal flora as well as other really cool things. (I know…I’m not very descriptive but you’d be better off to just google it like I did. I put in Spirulina for Candida and came up with a lot of helpful information.)

    Yeah Ive been on it for a week now (about 15 a day), taking only caprylic acid and spirulina as my antifungals. I have been on it before as one of my anticandida regiment ingredients with good results

    To be honest, im still not sure about the role of spirulina in the whole thing. Need some more time perhaps.
