This recipe satisfied my craving for pasta and it smells delicious!
250g of courgette spaghetti (zucchini to Americans) bunch of basil 1 garlic clove 1 tablespoon of olive oil water 2 small vine tomatoes (cut in two) (leave out for stage 1) 1 tablespoon almond butter (leave out for stage 1) 5 olives roughly chopped 1/2 a small onion sliced finely
Tear off basil leaves and blend with olive oil, garlic and enough water to make a creamy paste (you can add almond butter if you are not on stage 1). Fry onions and tomatoes for a about 2 minutes, add vegetable pasta and stir. Add pesta sauce and olives. Stir until sauce is warm and then serve!
