Hello everyone! This is my first post and I would like to know if you guys can help me. Im kinda angry to myself because I didn’t notice that my vitamin C has citric acid, and I took that for 5 or 6 months, WHILE fighting candida (I had progress with white stuff in the stool). It’s a 1G tablet and I would like to know if that’s bad. I also don’t know the quantity of citric acid in the tablet. What do you guys know about citric acid and candida? In small quantities like this, is citric acid ok? PLEASE, help me. Thanks in advance!

Really? I always see on the internet that citric acid is derived from yeast…although I never had any noticeable reactions.

Unless it causes specific problems, which would usually be due to the acidity in those with a really sensitive inflamed gut, its not a big deal.
