Coconut oil One container of brussel sprouts 2 stalks celery coarsely chopped 3 green onions
Rinse and prepare brussel sprouts In a saute pan put 1-2 Tbls of coconut oil on medium heat add the celery and the brussel sprouts, turn heat to medium low. Cook covered for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Just before serving add the green onion and give it a stir.
