Salt

    I know you have mentioned we should only use sea salt and mostly Himalayan or Celtic, but does it matter much which? I have some and noticed it is Mediterranean sea salt. Just wondering if it makes a difference.

    Mediterranean Sea salt is fine as long as the ingredient list shows ‘salt’ as the only ingredient.
