I have asked about this before:

I want to start on S. boulardii, and need to get around 25 billion “units” a day. And would like to take someone without MOS (MannanOligoSaccharids).

The cheapest I can find is this one: http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Saccharomyces-Boulardii-MOS-90-Veggie-Caps/372

What about taking other yeasts? Bakers yeast?

I would personally go for quality over cheapness…the cheaper the item the crappier it usually it is from my experience.

I think this might be the highest quality boulardii product but you would need to consume a lot of them in order to get the doseage you desire:

I can’t see how many to take to get a fair amount of the yeast. I have a problem with to much probiotcs ATM also.

Anyone know a product in the EU also?

And how about Saccharomyces cerevisiae (brewers yeast)?
