I see that the jarrow formula of S Boulardii contains MOS, it this a good thing?
The following is stated with the product: “MOS (MannanOligoSaccharides) is an oligosaccharide from the cell walls of S. cerevisiae that can discourage bacteria from adhering to the epithelial cells and reduce their proliferation”
Does it matter which strain? Or is there a strain recommended on this forum? Have read lots of posts, but nothing concerning this. I do see products using different strains of S. Boulardii!
