Hello, I have been taking anti-fungals for a couple months now, so when I ate rutabaga (cooked), I was happy that my typical die-off reactions never happened–that being nausea. However, after having it once a day (or twice) a couple days in a row, I developed softer (more burning) stools and also cystic acne that has been controlled by a very strict yeast-free diet otherwise. This food was the only new variable in my diet.
Wondering if die-off can change from food to food…for instance, can it cause nausea for some and diarrhea for others.
Also wondering if die-off can occur through dermatitis on the skin or acne as a way of the body detoxing die-off toxins.
I just want to make sure I’m not feeding the candida with rutabaga.
