    Ok, so I am new to this.
    My symptoms were never severe… but I have been on this for 7 days now. I did 3 days of phase0. Have been on the phase 1 for 4 days now. I am supposed to do a 10k in 2-1/2 weeks. Is that not a smart thing to do? What if I add a green apple on the days that I run to give me some carbs? I just have no clue but I really want to run this race….. help me please 🙁

    I suppose that would depend on what you’re eating. How many calories/carbs.. but from what I’ve read, most people recommend cutting the exercise down.
