WTH I just don’t understand. It’s like I could eat safe foods and not react to them and the next time I react to them. This morning I ate egg whites with broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, a tiny bit of onion, and a small amount of turkey sausage… and then I had coconut yogurt w/ a little bit of millet puffs. I was busy so I didn’t eat the rest of the day, but still I got gas. I took 2 betaine HCl caps. I also had to take two peppermint oil pills to stop it. The only thing I can think is maybe the coconut yogurt did it. It has a lot of fiber :(. Also the gassiness comes with slight stinging in stomach (not as bad as if I eat red meat and no ammonia smell thank god). I can’t wait to get rid of this issues, two years of this problem is so lame.
