1 lb Asparagus Extra virgin olive oil salt and black pepper to taste 2 T fresh parsley or chives Lemon wedges
Prepare asparagus and arrange the spears in a lingle layer in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with oil. Roast 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and more oil if desired, and herbs. Serve warm or at room temperature with lemon wedges.
