well it’s not online seeing as I purchased it from a health store in london, but the nutritional information/100g is:

    energy 348kcal
    protein 6.6g
    carbohydrate 80.1g
    sugars 0g
    fat 2.8g
    saturates trace
    fibre 2g

    no traces of nuts

    ingredients 100% rice flour

A carbohydrate amount of 80.1g per 100g is quite high; this is possibly because it’s white and not brown. Brown rice flour contains around 54g of carbs per 100g of the flour.

It’s up to you as to whether or not you want to try it.
