I’m on day 4 of stage 1 (the difficult version).

Long after an irrigation session, I will have a colony run-off that comes out on its own. But sometimes there is a red blob mixed in with the candida colony, wherein the blob is wrapped in candida. Is this blood? A hemorrhoid? Or something more serious?

In fact, before I started the cleanse, there was a red triangular blog in my stool sometime within a week before I began the cleanse.

This guy speaks about the same issue.

After that run-off, I did a rinse to clean out before going to bed, and the rinse flushed out a pile of germ-tubes :X

In response to my post, I read on CureZone (http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1228801) that the Candida drills holes into the intestinal lining to access the blood stream. During cleansing and dieting, the candida is pulled out of those holes and flushed out. That’s why there may be blood or red blobs in your irrigation flushes. It is important to note that when the candida is removed from their holes, the holes stay open to other toxins and parasites which may enter those open holes and into the blood stream and bowels, furthering Leaky Gut Syndrome. These holes patch up over time with the help of probiotics.
