I was wondering how people feel about raw milk products. I’m talking about good, grass fed, organic, raw milk. It has good fats, proteins, enzymes, pre and probiotics. I have drank some raw milk and it seems ok but I have not tried raw cheese yet. Any opinions? Thank you so much!!
Well it’s definitely better than the alternative milk.. But I will say that the lactose content can be detrimental, I get flare ups the next day from dairy no matter what form it is, but then again I’m in stage 1 and I’d consider my candida infestation severe.
