Well I start a strict diet: Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice of coconut bread with olive oil. Lunch: 2 egg, 1 advocado, salad with aple cidear and brocoli. Dinner: 1 chicken breast or salmon or sardine. Vegetables and salad and 1 slice of coconut oil. Before bed: 1 egg. Also I take 1 pill of renew life 50 billions probiotic and oregano oil.
Is my diet good? Also can I eat 1 peace of chicken or fish every day?
I personally don’t think so because you need plenty of protein to heal. However, able has a different opinion about whether ammonia is bad or not. I have been able to get better despite the ammonia and I think the amount produced from one serving of meat per day is low. The protein should outweigh the ammonia in my opinion.
You are welcome to experiment and see if you heal faster without the meat daily, but I only noticed a benefit.
