Its one of those medicinal teas, but am worried because of the word raspberry (a fruit). Is it OK?

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is made from the leaf of the raspberry plant, not the fruit. It’s not sweet at all, it’s just a green herb. Very delicious tea, I drink it often.

I’ve been drinking it, too, often mixed with nettle tea.

Don’t you worry, drink it as much as you like, it’s doing you good! 🙂

I drink raspberry leaf tea. Blue berrie leaf tea. Pine needle tea. Nettle tea. I usually mix betula leaf with other leafs too. As a hunter / gatherer I eat as much as I can from the nature that isn’t poisonous. Well, not the berries so much of course! 😉 And I stay away from some of the flower petals too as they can be a bit too strong at the moment. Dandelion is my absolute favorite though. I eat them as they are, make a salad or make tea on dandelion. I feel really good when I eat/drink it.
