    hey raster,

i’m still following bernie but wanted to know if you think i should take/rotate caprylic acid and oil of oregano or should i just stick with his pleo’s? i’m not sure if i should take anything that’s not on his plan or not. i do take sf722 as directed by him, but would take caprylic acid/oil of oregano too to move this along if its not an interference

I would contact him and ask. If you want to make a more serious dent in the candida though, just increase your SF722 doseage. But I would consult with him first.
