Has anybody ever had a negative reaction to drinking Kombucha?
I have been brewing Kefir and Kombucha in my kitchen for a few weeks but haven’t drank anything as of yet. For my Kombucha I selected the Saccharomyces Boulardii strain of yeast and the Gluconobacter with Lactobacillus bacteria strains.
I’m just wondering if anyone does not recommend drinking Kombucha because of personal experience. I can measure sugar levels now so there should only be trace levels of sugar.
Kombucha really does taste amazing but I just want a few opinions before I experiment with this.
