    Hi

When vegetables are just starting to go brown should they be used on a candida diet? Isnt this a mild starting to grow?

Also I have searched but couldn’t find an answer – the Swedish bitters I ordered didn’t state if they were alcohol free or not and I couldn’t find one which said any different, they have just arrived and contain 17.5% alcohol, should I use them or not?

    Thanks

It’s up to you. There is a small amount of alcohol within the digestive bitters, but your body should be able to get over any negative consequences of the alcohol.

I was looking for alcohol-free bitters and wondered whether it’s ok to buy bitters that replace alcohol with glycerine?
