    i am thinking about ordering some,but i read that it can make you lose weight. i am already a skinny guy and don’t need to lose any. i was wondering should i only take it a couple times a week so i wont lose any weight?or should i just order a different oil?

    Coconut oil usually makes Candida sufferers gain weight because of all the extra calories. The only way you’ll use instead of gaining or statying the same is if you stop eating more calories than the coconut oil contains. Working up to four or five tablespoons a day should put some weight on you.

    I just purchased some coconut milk at the store and it contains 45% saturated fat (DV), so yes, it is a very fatty fruit! (Don’t try drinking this until atleast a few weeks into the diet).
