    Hello!

Exactly 11 days ago, I started my candida diet. I had a “thrust?” on my tongue (like a white/grey thing at the end of my tongue) and now, its gone.

But the reason I started this diet was because I have psoarisis / eczema on my scalp.

I started off with the cleanse, i was on it for 3 days. Now, I am on the anti – candida diet. I really stick to the diet, and I dont cheat, but I didnt know chicken drumsticks werent allowed ( ate them for 3 days, quit eating them yesterday), but everything else is on point.

And the thing is, my eczema / Psoarisis is getting worse, and now, I even have a litte bit on my hands…
I have not been tested for candida, but my symptoms says I have it…

Please help me, is the worsen effect on my psoarisis / eczema only a “die – off” effect, shall I discontinue the diet ?

PS: is “sweet almonds” allowed ? they contain 5.8g of carbs.
And, does the chicken HAVE to be organic ? I eat organic eggs.
Another thing, kefir contains 3.8g of sugar / 100 g, wont that feed the candida, same goes for goat milk ?

Psoriasis and eczema are completely different things – please specify from which one you suffer.

It is of course possible to suffer from both, just like you can suffer from the flu and a broken leg at the same time – but even if you suffer from both, psoriasis and eczema are still two very different things.

You really have to be more specific.

In addition, eczema comes in different forms too – but that’s another question.

well I also got psoriasis and I didn’t get it until I started having candida problems. I does seem that when I up my dosage of antifungals or vitamins it will sometimes fair up even more.

I think it was something to do with you immune system attacking the skin. What you can do, I suppose is go slower when you’re adding more anti fungals and supplements. Also tanning helps a bit.

    But…

If I have more anti – fungal wont it kill the yeast faster, meaning faster recovery ?

Some people might agree with that, but in my situation that hasn’t been the case. I’ve had too many problems with die offs, anxiety and just having to get off it because it has been too much too soon for my body to handle. So I know for me I believe in taking it slower and moving forward without having to take steps back all the time because I can’t handle the reactions. Also to live a life besides having candida is important to me, so I rather go slow and have the energy to do other things as well. But like I say people might disagree, this is just my experience.

I already use that shampoo 🙂

And can someone take a look at the pics I posted above so I know if I have eczema or Psoarisis…

-Some people can handle nuts some cannot, its up to you on whether you want them in diet.
-Chicken should be organic to avoid antibiotics.
-I don’t recommend kefir because it contains candida.

To my untrained eyes, it looks like either eczema or irritation. I’ve seen a few cases of psoriasis, and those looked very different.

But then, as I said, I’m absolutely not an expert. My experience is almost zero, my knowledge is very limited.

I find it amazing that a doctor cannot say whether you have psoriasis. Did you visit a real doctor? As far as I know, psoriasis is recognizable by a trained expert. Maybe not in the first few weeks, but certainly after that.

Anyway, you really should try to find the cause of your skin problems. Otherwise, you may start treating a condition from which you do not suffer – and usually, treating a non-existent condition does more harm than good.

I have tried to putting cold yoghurt on the rashes that I have on my wrist, and it seem to really help. It’s a lot lighter already after just keeping it there for about 15 min this morning and rinsing it off with cold water. It feels cool and not so itchy anymore.  It’s a simple thing you could try. 🙂
