    Hi, i Know that i need to avoid the sugar but i would like to know
    if i must avoid carbohydrate ? It is ok to eat Brown Rice pasta and
    Brown Rice with no sugar. They are sugar free but they contain
    a lot of carbohydrate . If i must avoid carbohydrate what could be
    the acceptable daily amount?

    I also want to know if i Can use lemon and lime juice because
    i know i must avoid citric acid and if i m rigth limon is citric acid. …

    It’s all a little confusing isn’t it?

    The citric acid naturally occurring in lemons, limes, is Ok. It’s the manufactured citric acid you want to avoid. It is added to some foods as a preservative.

    Brown rice and brown rice pasta are perfectly fine for most people on the diet. Just don’t have too much. This diet is about trial and error so you have to feel some foods out.
