I used to take kefir for 3 months now but i need somthing more practical for going on a trip. I’ve seen the supplement suggestions but most likely they won’t exist here in Greece. I found one by bioPro. Can anyone tell me if it’s good?
Each capsule contains just 1 billion active probiotic bacteria. This is next to nothing when it comes to curing the infestation. I think you definitely need to stay with the homemade kefir. At least the probiotic contains DDS-1 bacteria, so I suppose you may receive some benefit from that even though it’s such a minor amount.
Since you are travelling and cannot make kefir, I would get a higher count probiotic; one that contains 20+ billion per capsule and over 10 strains. Renew life is a popular one here in the US and is sold widely.
