Similar to the approach I’ve been taking over the last year, that you need to feed the probiotic bacteria to get them to flourish. Except my approach maybe a little different as I’m using kefir water for normal sugar, yogurt or kefir milk for lactose type sugars, fermented vegetables for anything related to starches/sugars and I’m planning on adding in a sourdough starter for grains.

It also does make me wonder what type of yogurt they are comparing it to when they say it would take 40+ pounds. Because there is a huge difference between store bought and homemade.

So the probiotics help to modulate the immune response to peanuts. I guess that’s how they work for reactions to yeast like Candida too?
