    I’m new to the site and believe that I’m living with Candida. Just wondering when probiotics should be introduced into my diet? Should I be taking them throughout phase 1 of the process? I’m on day 2 of phase 1.

    I’m trying to stay positive, but it’s proving difficult…like others on here, I’m doubting that I will ever be “my normal self again”

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    After one week I would start taking molybdenum. This will help with the die-off symptoms. I would also consider getting grape or other bitters.

    After 2 weeks, I would consider getting a strong probiotic; something that is 30-50 billion count in potency. This is the single most important thing you will need for getting healthier.

    There are many more vitamins you can take, but these 3 are the most important. SF722 undecenoic acid is also very important to consider.
