Is ok to have greek style or low fat probiotic yoghurts?
The only ones I can find contain

    Ingredients

No added ingredients, This Yogurt contains only Milk’s naturally occurring Sugar (Lactose), Contains the following Live Cultures: Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Streptococcus Thermophilus

Does have cows milk in it is this ok?

Sounds like a great kind of plain yogurt! Plain yogurt is used A LOT in Lisa’s diet. I just try to buy the kinds with the lowest possible sugar content (6g).
