    Does anyone have an opinion about plain yogurt? This site says its fine; others list it as an excluded sweetener, along with other dairy. How about dairy in general?

    I clearly get a rush of energy when I eat plain yogurt, but I’m not sure thats me or the candida.

    yoghurt is great many lactose intolerant can eat yoghurt because the process changes the structure of lactose to lactace which is easily ok, if your diet is good with no sugar and carbs, the amount of sugar from yoghurt is 1.5%, so instead of it sitting in your guts it get flush and used instantly leaving live probiotics to kill the candida.
